MONARCH BL
Monarch BL is a specially formulated modified starch for fabrics made in the Sulzer and power looms.This product has excellent adhesion to Cotton, Polyester, Viscose fibres and its blends.
Monarch BL gives better bonding, excellent lubricity, flexibility and abrasion resistance making it an ideal choice in yarn sizing.
Monarch BL does not lead to any objectionable build up on equipment or substrate

Monarch BL is an ideal modified starch for reducing cost & enhancing the performance in Sulzer & power looms
For hairiness control in Cotton sorts it is better to add binder upto 4% of the weight of starch
For P/c, Viscose and blends, it is recommended to add antistatic upto 4% on the weight of starch for better binding and hairiness control on yarn.
Standard open cooker/pressure cooker normally available can be used.
MONARCH
MONARCH is a specially formulated single shot textile sizing product designed for sizing counts upto 40’s Ne. This product is best suited for sizing Cotton, Polyester Cotton blends and Viscose Cotton blends.
Monarch gives excellent coating and also helps in binding the protruding fibres on the surface of the yarn with optimum size penetration.

Monarch is ideally suited for counts below 40’s Ne for any type of sizing, weaving machine and any fabric sow box cover factor.
It is best recommended for sizing carded, combed and compact yarn.

MONARCH SPR is a unique product designed for sizing 50’s Ne high density fabrics and 60’s Ne yarn.
The specialty of this product is the high binding property and high yarn abrasion resistance resulting in high loom efficiency at very high speeds.
All these are obtained without compromising the suppleness of the yarn or its elongation
