Monobond SR 500 is easily dispersilble and can be used during cooking, at the storage tank or in the sow box . It is recommended to add upto 4 kgs per cook .
Monofix
Monofix is a binder designed to bind any form of protruding fibres in synthetic yarn to its core. This product enhances the cohesive strength of the synthetic yarn better.
This product is suitable for all types of yarn.

Application Guideline
Monofix is easily dispersible during cooking and can be added during cooking and post cooking too. Maximum recommended quantity per cook is up to 4 Kgs.
MONOSOFT
Monosoft is an extremely effective natural softener added in the size paste to make the yarn pliable and brittle free when the yarn is woven at very high speeds.
Monosoft also acts as a hygroscopic agent and prevents the yarn from becoming brittle due to over drying. It also acts as a defoamer to prevent foaming in size mix which occurs due to change in water pH.

Monostat SR 250 is a synthetic antistatic agent designed to provide protection to the synthetic blended yarn during weaving.
Monostat SR 250 is resistant to oxidation with low viscosity.

Application Guideline
It is recommended to use Monostat SR 250 at the storage tank only and not during the process of cooking.
It is recommended to use Monostat SR 250 during sizing of synthetic or synthetic blended yarn.

MONOCON
MONOCON is a wetting agent designed to reduce the critical surface tension on the yarn during cooking thereby making a thorough and rapid displacement of air from the surface of the solid and thereby making penetration of various chemicals more uniform. Monocon is a non ionic wetting agent which wets the fibre more rapidly by diffusing through its surface.
